We do not install non-necessary cookies before you accept them, and rejecting them does not restrict access to the website or its content. Merely browsing the website or keeping your browser’s default settings is not considered consent: we will not install non-necessary cookies until you give your consent through the panel, and you can reject them as easily as you accept them.
When you first visit the website, you will see a banner with two buttons of equal visual prominence: Accept and Reject. Through the «settings» link on the banner itself you can access the configuration panel, where you can enable or disable each category of non-necessary cookies separately. These categories are disabled by default. Rejecting cookies does not restrict your access to the website or its content.

International transfers: the third-party cookies identified involve transfers to the US, covered by the adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework of 10 July 2023, which remains in force and was upheld at first instance by the General Court of the EU on 3 September 2025 (with an appeal pending before the Court of Justice of the EU, case C-703/25 P, Latombe), where the provider is certified and active, and, alternatively, by Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914) together with a transfer impact assessment. The certification of each provider can be checked at www.dataprivacyframework.gov; where a provider is not certified or its certification is not active, the transfer will be covered by the appropriate safeguard among those provided for in Articles 46 to 49 GDPR.

We review this policy at least once a year and whenever we add or remove a cookie.
